Salon policies & guidelines

Clear care for every appointment.

1. Cancellation

  • Cancellation within 24 hours will be subject to 50% of the service booked.
  • Cancellation with 12 hours will be subject to 100% of the service booked.
  • 15 mins late, please re-schedule, and will be subject to the policy stated above.
  • No show and no call will be no new appointment.

2. Warranty

Fixes are free within the first three business days after your service with us (excluding design and color changes). A fixed fee will apply afterward.

3. Refund

  • No refund will be given after you have left the store.
  • Please ensure that you are satisfied with our service before leaving the store.
  • If you encounter any issues with our service, please alert us, and we will fix or adjust them until you are fulfilled.

4. Right to refuse service

  • Anyone with a condition we suspect may be contagious.
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Anyone in poor health whose condition could be worsened by our service.
  • Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment.
  • Impolite, mean, drunk, or disrespectful individuals.
